Bill Cipher. He's a chaos demon.

You should stay away from him. The only way to tell us apart is our eyes. And he'll probably have a lot of weird injuries.

[Dipper doesn't really want to say, 'Stay away from me, too,' but that might be best for now.]

You know, I got pegged as the rookie at first too.

Ha. Yeah, well. When you're in a team where everyone else is just as good at everything, that stops meaning as much.

Everyone else had their specialty, something they could do better than anyone else. And then there was me. My specialty, as far as the rest of them were concerned, was being dead weight.

Honestly? I found a different team. Somewhere it was about supporting each other, not tearing each other down to be the best.

You already have people in your life who want to see you succeed. Me included. Yeah, you might get ribbed a little while you figure things out, but all of us want to see you pull through. So don't worry too much about being the rookie every now and again, and remember you don't need to do any of this alone.

... and don't do anything Caboose tells you to do. That's key too.
